2. All signers must be age 18+ and present to sign.

3. All documents that need to be notarized

4. Be sure documents are present, complete, and ready for signatures.

5. If your document requires witness signatures - witnesses can NOT be mentioned in or related to anyone mentioned in the document.

6. Nurses and medical staff will NOT sign as witnesses on non-medical documents.
